It would be fantastic if everyone, where possible, were able to help out with this event in some way or another. Class representatives have been assigned areas in the event which they will need assistance with. They will be in contact with you via WhatsApp in the coming week to ask you for your assistance. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
I would like to volunteer on the day, can I have my child with me while supervising?
The PAC are always happy to have volunteer parents helping at all events. Unfortunately due to health & safety reasons, it would be better on this occasion if you could arrange for another parent attending this event to supervise your child for the 30 minutes.
I have volunteered, what will happen next?
Thank you for volunteering! Once the PAC has received your email and contact details, a member will contact you prior to the event with a timetable of where you have been assigned. If you have any additional queries, please email the PAC at pac@stepasideetns.ie
I’d like to help baking cakes for the cake sale. What cakes are needed?
We would love if parents would help with baking cakes. As it will be a cake sale, it would be ideal if the cakes were either cupcake size or cut to a smaller size. As there are a lot of different food allergies, it would be ideal to have the ingredients listed. Please note, due to severe nut allergies, there are no nuts allowed in the school. All money raised will go towards the running of this free event.
