To kickstart 'Mindfulness Week', we tried our best at meditating today. This can be very tricky as we're so used to being so busy! We did a great job being mindful for 15 minutes, while listening to & following instructions of a guided meditation. We use a candle to focus on if we find it difficult to keep our eyes closed for the whole duration. We will continue to make time for meditation as we know how beneficial it is for all of us.
